30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Personal care items (used beauty products)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, etc.)
• Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
Need something different?
Return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
• Returns are inspected upon receipt
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank

EU Withdrawl Policy
If you are located in the European Union, the following terms apply in addition to, and where they conflict, replace the general policy above.
• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through our returns process
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as return labels are not provided for EU returns
• Returned items are inspected upon receipt
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving your return
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery
